Challenge: Product data lived across disconnected enterprise systems, slowing every team that depended on it.
Approach: Partnered with product, engineering and business teams; mapped user flows, built wireframe-to-hi-fi iterations and AI-assisted search & discovery patterns on a scalable design system.

Challenge: Business development teams had no fast way to mine the existing Install Base (IB) for upgrade-selling opportunities.
Approach: Designed a conversational AI-avatar experience end-to-end — concept, dialogue flows, recommendation UI, prototypes and developer hand-off.
